Das gestrige Swan 45-Gefecht mit CHARISMA ging am Ende für Hendrik Brandis gut aus. Nach 2 mal Platz 1 für CHARISMA und 2 mal Platz 5 für EARLYBIRD drehte Brandis Crew den Spieß im fünften Lauf um. Nico Poons mußte sich nach einem Frühstart wieder hinten einreihen und kam nicht weiter vor als bis Platz 5, während Brandis in den starken Drehern die Nerven behielt und als erster die Ziellinie kreuzte. Die Ausgangssituation sieht für EARLYBIRD heute so aus:1. EARLYBIRD 1, 2, 5, 5, 1 - 14 Punkte
2. CHARISMA 3, 4, 1, 1, 5 - 14 Punkte
3. SAMANTAGA - DUVEL 6, 3, 3, 3, 4 - 19 Punkte
Brandis dazu im Interview: “We did not live up to our potential in the first two races. We had two bad starts and in such a competitive class it is difficult to climb back to the head of the fleet. On the third race (today) we had just a perfect start, good speed and position. We managed to lead from the start to the finish.”
